And here is yet another 2-color thallid deck. Does it get cheaper? Does it get better? Why do I expect this? There are some interesting choices here to use Journey to Nowhere and Rule of Law to limit my opponent, buying time to build a Beastmaster Ascension, but ultimately it remains a high-cost deck. The 2.63 average comes on a 13/7/8/8/2/2 curve that, while nice at the bottom, isn’t quick to fight from that spot.
