It was time to make a cat deck. While there are some costly cats, many of the benefits of cats are difficult to realize or just plain not worth it. However, between the green and white Zenith cards, things like Loam Lion and Wild Nacatl that benefit from Lush Growth, Coat of Arms, and Ajani’s Pridemate (not terribly well powered here, but it is a cheap cat that CAN grow on its own triggered ability), the deck can put out a LOT of creatures quickly and effectively. The deck has a very low 22/11/6/0/1 curve for a 1.68 average.
