Notes

I may want to cut one Training Grounds in favor of something more useful, though what that may be I don’t know. Also, given the mana curve, there may well be abilities other than level up that I will want on green creatures, replacing a pair of the Joraga Treespeakers. It’s a pretty direct deck, initially focused on quick, unblockable creatures, though this final version only has 7. I may need to get some boosts or some searching capabilities in here too. This is—and this is hard for me to write—too cheap. The 12/25/2/0/1 deck averages a meager 1.83, but it has little to show for all of that savings, and the non-basic land selection really doesn't help. The name is not a Hobbit reference, but a color reference with the Japanese word for seaweed.
