Notes

This is an expensive fungus/saproling deck, built with the idea that I can eventually reach a point at which my creatures are protected and I can prevent all combat damage. While the average cost is 2.60, there are 13 cards below the 2 spot, so I am hoping I can create a situation that will feed my growth. A Psychotrope Thallid is all I have for card drawing, and I have considered finding a way to bring in Genesis Wave, but I am not sure it is feasible. The Jeweled Amulets, Elvish Spirit Guides, and Elemental Resonance should, if all works out, power the mana if the Psychotrope Thallid can get into play, allowing me to work my way quickly to key cards such as Asceticism and Bellowing Tanglewurm at the high end of the (3) 10/5/10/6/6 curve.
