Notes

This is a second swing at the same idea as Kolchak; however, unlike its predecessor, it does not waste time on (admittedly effective) curses and side techniques. Instead, it is a go-for-the-throat two-color vampire deck. It keeps costs down (8/20/8/4 for 2.20 average) and growth opportunity. There are a number of ways to intimidate an opponent who is considering blocking or attacking, or even outright preventing aspects of it. The vulnerability, of course, comes from its having so little support for managing anything other than creatures, so it will stand or fall on combat.
