Rats are a little more mob-like, so I went up to 27 creatures. There isn’t much happening here, but the classic black cards of yore are all here: Bad Moon, Demonic Tutor,  Drain Life, and Terror. The 12/15/10/0/1/2 curve yields an average 2.23 cost, which is acceptable, given the low end.
