Notes

This is a pretty straightforward fighting deck, with every mana enhancement thrown in. The objective is to live long enough to get a pair of Carnifex Demons into play and start bouncing counters back and forth, shriveling every other creature away. Because the effect is untargeted, protection is of no use. Meanwhile, lower on the curve I have smaller creatures with first strike, deathtouch, or good P/T deals for the cost. Wight of Precinct Six can be a nice deal later in the game, too, when a number of creatures are in graveyards. The (1)/17/15/0/3/0/4 curve is quite nice, and it should allow me to get most things early or build quickly to them. It averages 2.08, but that is only nominal, as the Phyrexian Metamorphs necessarily cost 1 mana less due to the need to pay life for the [PU].
