Notes

I think I want this deck to be more than it is, but I doubt it will get there. It is a bi-directional mill deck, of sorts. It works on grinding the hand (and dealing damage while doing it and for having it small) and grinding the library. Painful Quandry could making casting costly. Mindcrank and Bloodchief Ascension come together again for a possible infinite combo. The Rack discourages casting, but having cards discourages not casting. The deck is probably not going to hold up against big creatures and poking (though I do have some creatures that I want to have die), but against unfocused or slow decks it will have a decent chance. The 18/17/2/1/2 curve is very strange, and the deck only has an average cost of 1.80.
