Haste has its advantages, but it needs something more to make it kick. Firebreathing is handy, but the surprise wears off after the haste kicks in, and the costs of doing both make it prohibitive. Many cards have since come out that make this concept more appealing and cheaper, but the 3.10 average on this deck's 9/5/8/9/9 curve was just too high. It managed a 4-1 record with the aid of two wins against stalled decks.
