Notes

I wanted to put proliferate in proximity to some different +1/+1 counters. Every creature in here can have counters on it, plus I have added (last minute swap) card drawing that I have been overlooking before. The basic idea is that I get bigger and control creatures on the other side of the table, eventually having the military advantage. The 14/11/9/3/1/1 curve has a low 2.21 average, and mana accelertion combines nicely with deck searching and card drawing to make this faster than even that appears.
