Notes

While I have done 7 previous U/W level up decks, this one was designed for speed like none before. It's closest relative is 2015's Takin' It To A New One (5-1, 663), with which it shares 29 cards. Where that decks before had always had me focus on getting the best cards, here I wanted those I could use most flexibly and for the least investment. While some are cheap overall, they don't necessarily benefit as much by other cards, or they have a colored mana requirement. The 12/23/5 curve is incredibly low and compact, averaging only 1.83, more than a tenth of a mana cheaper than its nearest relative.
