Notes

Circe proved to be a bust, so I headed off to create something more suitable. I leaned more heavily on mana acceleration via enchantments on my forests, selecting creatures that untapped forests, got boosts from enchantments, or provided draws. Everything else is an aura. The need to reach the 3-spot is great, so everything accelerating it is at the 1-spot. This gives an odd 20/1/15/4 curve for a 2.08 average. Half of the cards at the 1-spot (Arbor Elf, Utopia Sprawl, Wild Growth) provide additional mana. A second forest then has me reaching anything except the Rabid Wombats on turn 2.
