This is a grinding deck that has as its nearest ancestor Off The Shelf. This one takes a more direct approach with regard to creatures. The Evanescent Intellect/Grimoire Thief combination is unlikely, but would be fun. Rather than risking not having Allies to target, I dumped the Jwari Shapeshifters. Instead, I want to work my opponent down, lose creatures, and finish the deck off with Psychic Spiral. There is a 2.10 average on a 16/12/8/0/4 curve, very generously loading the bottom end to get things started. Sage’s Row Denizens and Selhoff Occultists are key at the higher end.
