Notes

I returned to the Binding Agony/Ragged Veins concept, but I threw in a couple of unblockables and some old-school tap-and-force action. Also I went with blue rather than red as the complement color, reducing the specific color requirements (dropping [B][R] in favor of [U] to get poking). The idea is that, short of energy, my opponent is going to need creatures, and it is my job to keep them under control while I chip away at the player’s life total. I was having trouble with costs before making some last-minute changes to get at least a couple of creatures at the 1-spot, so now it is a (1)/5/19/15 curve for a 2.20 average. Mana assists were critical.
