Notes

This is in the tone of The Roil, The Choke and The Rosenberg Secret, trying to blow up all kinds of things. In this case, I want to control mana well enough to paralyze the opponent and penalize for a large hand size. A few cheaper creatures should then be enough to win. The 14/22/0/4 curve, with its 1.85 average, is cheap, though it uses no real mana acceleration to reach the top end.
