Notes

I was looking through blue non-creatures for something to play with, and somehow Mass Appeal struck me. I worked to make a deck around humans using blue, and then adding white (which is mildly dominant now). There are 32 creatures, plus a few interesting side cards. The name comes from the B-2 Spirit stealth bomber, as this can go through unblocked (blue) and hit hard (white). The 8/12/13/3/4 curve is actually not too bad since it ramps up smoothly. While the 2.58 average looks high, this is better than most I have had in that range.
