Notes

This is one of my more focused efforts at grinding without resorting to infinite combos. With the exception of the ability of Mindshrieker, for which I need to pay each time, everything is passive grinding. Every single card has the ability to trigger grinding directly or indirectly, and that includes playing land. The 15/14/9/0/2 curve gives a beautiful 2.00 average cost, with stunning speed potential.
