I wanted to see what I might achieve with Sphere of Safety, so I pursued level up in blue and white. Time of Heroes and Training Grounds are obvious assists in this, and a few more enchantments, including Propaganda, are also helpful. Everything else is pretty much as expected. The 14/11/9/4/2 curve is not too bad, and it gives a 2.23 average.
