This is an evolution of my old swampwalking decks, but with an even greater focus on costs. There are 7 cards (including two copies of a legendary land) that allow me to turn my opponent's lands into swamps, and I have the opportunity to add four more. Most creatures are either unblockable or have swampwalk,and I use equipment to enhance the damage I do as a result. The 9/7/23/1 yields a 2.40 average cost. The average is identical for the 25 creatures and the other 15 spells, so getting things going either was should be easy.
