Notes

With four Blood Artist (up by three) and four Stromkirk Captains (also up by three), it was once more time to work on BR vampires. The move toward pain and punishment actually reduced my interest in some of my old standby cards such as Guul Draz Assassin, Vampire Hexmage (though a possible need to return there), and Vampire Nighthawk. Instead, Blood Artist and Blood Seeker combine for a one-two punch on creatures, Quick creatures that can grow force blocks, first strike keeps things going my way, and some boosts and kills round things out. Anowon is also rather a problem for most decks.the 8/22/7/2/1 curve is quite low for vampires, putting 30 cards below the three-spot and averaging 2.15.
