Notes

I am finally finding things that work in UR and feel as if they can work. I am actually pondering shifting from damage to grinding with this basic group of copy effects, too, as it could benefit just as well (and some elements were in here early on). A fully leveled Echo Mage equipped with Illusionist's Bracers could, with three copies of Goblin Electromancer and Time Warp, give me five extra turns in a row for only four mana, and that is before any other copy effects. That is unlikely, but it does show how far this deck can go in tearing through an opponent. Crucially, the 11/17/8/0/3 curve keeps the average low at 2.15. The name stems from the presence of 13 wizard creatures, which is way down from what I had at earlier stages of development.
