Named for the Section 125 "Cafeteria Plans” of healthcare, this offers something for every deck to deal with. Targeted removal of almost every kind of card make it flexible, but it can’t do well unless it gets what it needs when it needs it. A three-color deck at a time when I was low on viable land options and couldn't really swing good artifact solutions made the 9/18/3/6/6 curve (2.57 average) untenable. The 63-card size didn't help, and was probably a nod to an undisciplined desire to balance things too much.
