Notes

I used this Bond title because I relied heavily on cards with cipher, connecting the theme to the plot to steal the Lecter decoder. Some flying and grinding helps round out the one-spot. Energy Flux punishes decks with artifacts. Dissipation Field makes it costly to attack, especially since a single large attacker can be turned back by Maze of Ith. Otherwise, unblockables make the cipher cards more effective, allowing me to trigger them repeatedly, especially using Invisible Stalkers (I really need to get a couple more of those). The deck is cheap enough on a 10/18/6/4/0/1 curve, giving an average of 2.21. As an added benefit, Trait Doctoring can nullify basic lands by changing their subtypes and mana color, though not their names.
