Boredom, I suppose, and seeing a few newer cards come up over and over caused me to make this. It’s quaint, mostly U/R hybrid and multi, with Goblin Electromancers to bring the cost on some things down. I really don’t expect much here, and it may not get played. The idea is to hold off an opponent long enough with direct damage and countering, powered by the goblin friends, to get Niv-Mizzet going and driving through the deck as I draw cards. The 17/12/4/2/2/3 curve gives a nice little 2.23 average, which is far lower than I expected, though the presence of cards with [X] in the cost does make that figure go up.
