Notes

I like this, but I don't quite love it. I went for big, but kept things manageable on price. While there are only 24 creatures, the Baloth Cage Traps (which, let's face it, will have opportunities to get cast for their trap cost) are a pair of additional creatures, effectively. I focused on land fetch and regeneration as ways to speed up my ability to cast premium cards and as a way to survive long enough to do it. I also needed card drawing with all of the cards I want to be able to cast once I get to enough mana. The 15/12/4/3/5 curve averages a startlingly low, for this sort of concept, average cost. The name comes from the gem in Romancing the Stone: a large emerals.
