This is all about shrinking what I can into oblivion and stealing everything else. There are a few interesting ideas in here, such as being able to cast Backfire, then move it to a better target later. The inclusion of Portent was probably to add cheap card drawing with the side benefit of being able to preview and arrange cards. The barbell curve of 11/4/7/16 still only averages out to 2.74, but that wait for the mana to cast key spells at the 4-spot left me open too long.
