Notes

I started by looking for a way to combine some of the blue and white cards that impede attacking with Kazuul and whatever else red had, but red had nothing else in that way, and making the white fit in required using phyrexian mana if I was otherwise going to keep it to blue and red. This led to a shift, putting the deck solidly in blue and white and not even taking everything, but Brainwash added a nice little problem for key creatures, and Siren's Call left some painful decisions. While the average cost of 2.60 on a 7/16/8/4/5 curve is not low, there are mitigating factors here. More important, I am able to bring a dozen non-basic land cards that may enter the battlefield tapped due to the smaller low end.
