Named after “Mr. Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang” (abandoned as the theme for Thunderball, but still included in the background during the Junkanoo scene), this deck is designed to shrink and poke, including messing with land turned into weenies. There are some interesting combos in there, but it relied too much on those over fundamentals. The (2)/0/11/11/9/5 curve came with a 3.05 average that lacked early play, hoping to capitalize on Jeweled Amulets to make the leap to three mana.
