Notes

This was designed to be an outgrowth of certain elements, recently expanded, from We All Must Make 'Em. In this case I am looking to produce more sacrifices than before. As I iterated the concept, I moved further from the touchstone, adding Unmake, Surgical Extraction, Undercity Plague, Guest for the Gravelord, and more, while dropping core life-gaining and such. Despite the higher and heavier top end on the (2)/17/11/5/4/0/1 curve that earlier decks had, it still pulls a nominal 1.90 before anything gets kicked or other costs are paid on permanents. The name connects in a couple of obvious ways, but it is the title of the M*A*S*H theme song, "Suicide is Painless," that embodies the spirit of sacrifice I wanted to put across. (Due to the nature of the asterisk, I have eliminated it here for ease of searching.)
