Notes

Though I have done U/W level up a half dozen times now (at least to include Time of Heroes), but never with the kind of support I produce here. I eschewed a number of what I had considered core cards this time, adding some exile, and repeatable flying. New Prahv Paladin adds a persistent pinning capacity once I have a couple Training Grounds. The goal here is to get creatures out in numbers, then level them cheaply, either through free counters or discounted activation. At times it may seem to be moving forward only slowly, then have a burst of speed. The 15/14/11 curve comes out to only 1.90, but given ongoing costs, I can see the need for all of these cheaper things.
