Notes

While very much a spiritual successor to Amendment 18, with which it shares 23 cards. However, the focus here is more on discards and slow death. Many of the same balance decisions came out the same (Liliana's Caress and Megrim, for example). As with the other deck, the goal is to make any kind of casting decision painful. It is certainly susceptible to a number of direct damage solutions and to swarming aggro, but unless an opposing deck is quickly out of the gate, things will likely go my way. The 17/17/2/2/2 curve comes out to a 1.88 average cost, which is exactly where it was numerous times during the cutting process. I expect that is pretty much where things land in a deck of this nature.
