Back to the rats! This one went for lower costs, two colors, direct damage, and a little extra speed from Barbed Shocker. That was just too much to be viable in one deck, and even though the (1)/16/6/7/7/1/2 curve gave an average cost of 2.35, it was just a bad deck that didn’t know where to find its heart.
