Fish heads, fish heads... Take some level up, shake in some Merfolk (heavy on the overlap); add some Jace’s Erasures and Enclave Cryptologists to spice things up. What do you get? A pumpable deck that hits and grinds. If the Stormtide Leviathan comes up, it can neutralize many opponents’ chances to attack, too. This has a cool 1.78 for its average cost, coming from a 13/23/4 mana curve.
