Once more I was looking to see what I might be able to do with a creature-type deck centered around spirits. That was not the initial impetus for the deck, but once I started looking over the U/W holdings, it was the natural direction to take things. Instead this is the basic idea from Leash, but with Sphere of Safety thrown in to make it still worse. I added Copy Enchantment and Copy Artifact at the last minute since they can be used to make things even worse (copy Norn’s Annex and Sphere of Safety or one of the others such as Propaganda). I went with Phyrexian Metamorph in case I have a good chance to dupe Drogskol Captain. The odds are against it, but the card has enough flexibility that I can still make use of it with other creatures. At 2.45, this is not my lowest average cost by a long shot, but the 9/14/11/2/4 curve is not too bad, and there is both life gaining and Phyrexian mana to speed things up.
