Named for the leader of the Reign of Terror (eventually sent to the guillotine himself at the end of the failed revolution), this was supposed to be a poking/assassination deck, but it was too expensive to manage anything except a slow deck. The most intriguing idea was the combination of Living Armor and Banewasp Affliction, which could boost the toughness of an expensive creature, kill it, and deal damage equal to the new toughness. The 3/12/17/13 curve leaned too far to the high end, however, and came in with an average cost of 2.89.
