Named for what is commonly called a “red tide,” this is a pretty basic goblin deck. It had a few other things thrown in for fun, but much of the direct damage was removed, making the value of most “quest” cards minimal. Expectations are only moderate, perhaps in the 60% range against a normal spread of decks. The costs, as expected, have two peaks, giving a 2.00 average on a 20/4/14/2/1 curve.
