Notes

I started with a UR focus and was going to make copies of all kinds of spells, and then I got distracted by copying cipher cards so I can encode them multiple times. With Invisible Stalker and some cipher, I can pin down multiple creatures, neutralize multiple lands, and even copy multiple creatures or artifacts, and my creature couldn't even be targeted. The potential delay resulting from the inclusion of Halimar Depths is offset by the bottom-heavy curve, allowing me to start casting multiple spells quickly and keeping my production up. In this instance, there are enough ability costs to pay that staying cheap works to my advantage. The 17/11/6/3/0/1 curve averages a paltry 2.03
