This is about as pure a two-color level-up deck as can be made. There are 32 creatures, with only 7 not getting the counters, though both provide or benefit from the counters on other creatures. Another 8 cards are enchantments, but they either make adding counters cheaper or boost creature with counters. I deliberately bent the curve to the low end to account for the need not only to cast new spells but also to pay the cost for continued leveling. At 12/20/6/2, it averages out to 1.95 and should be very fast. For this reason I felt that mana acceleration was not a necessity.
