Pump it up! While this was a cheap deck with lots of creature boosts, it just didn’t have the focus that would have been necessary to make it work in three colors. Creatures could get huge, but getting to them in time to make a real difference was a problem, despite mana enhancements. The 11/14/10/3/2 curve is deceptive since there are three Simian Spirit Guides in the mix, but the 2.28 average cost just didn’t work since there were some heavy dependencies. The Freyalise Supplicant was interesting, as it was designed to throw creatures at an opponent after they came through boosted in combat (I should have included Berserk).
