Notes

This is a puzzling mill deck. It’s only creature is Mishra, Artificer Prodigy, and while he is reasonably buff for his cost, he is too precious to risk in most fights. It basically has no way to survive, and barely any way to win. The (1)/3/15/11/3/5 curve yields an average cost of 2.71, but it is really a touch higher. While there are mana assists, it takes time to get to them. Also, I no longer have Mishra, so I cannot reconstruct the deck.
