Notes

T4 Deck. I decided to take a look at unleash, at first grabbing everything I had. I then started adding all kinds of B/R multi and hybrid stuff. That took me over, of course, but it wasn’t long before I realized there was still a core there to focus on. I pulled out the Riot Spikes and replaced them with Lightning Bolts because with a deck as light as this one is at the 1-spot, I needed immediate firepower. The idea is to hit harder than usual as early and often as can be managed. The deck has 31 creatures, boosting, poking, and other things. The other nine cards are Lightning Bolts, Ghostly Flame (short-circuits protection vis-á-vis damage), Rain of Gore (neuter life gaining), and Dreadbore (in case something is too big). The 5/15/18/1/0/1 curve gives a deceptive 2.48 average. While that accurately reports the average cost, a deck would normally need to be at around 3.00 to achieve the fighting power this deck does. However, taking that offensive boost comes with the downside of surrendering blocking power.
