Notes

This is a different take on an old idea. Yes, there is the Festival/Siren’s Call combo, but thrown in are Propoganda, Norn’s Annex, and a whole bunch of first strike. Control Magic gives me a chance to steal a critical creature. It is insanely cheap, by design, at 1.83. The curve is 19/15/2/2/2, with none of the 24 creatures above the 2-spot, Also, both cards at the 5-spot are 3[PW][PW].
