Notes

The name comes from how this is a Bant deck. I wanted to play off of the blue and green, but the Rhox War Monks were too much to pass on, so I added a touch of white. That may not have been the most advisable decision, but I was getting a lot of bang for my buck with this deck. There is a ton of mana assistance here, and only 4 of each basic land. The great part about it all is that this is a deck that can actually fight, and if Momir arrives, spew creatures out at incredible speed. While the white comes up wanting in the core deck, it shows up more in the sideboard (I am missing Camouflage these days, so I can’t fully recreate it), giving me a great deal of flexibility. The (1)/4/25/9/0/1 curve turns out a very cheap 2.15 average cost, which is critical when Momir gets rolling.
