Notes

Yes, it’s a rat deck. None has ever served me so well as that first one, but this has a couple of special tricks up its sleeve. First of all, this is an infect deck as well, so it threatens in two ways, and it is truly capable of victory through either. The flexibility comes in the ability to grant infect as needed while leaving open the chance of getting a traditional military victory. Boosts are also a bonus here. Due to costs (19/14/7/0/1 for a 1.78 average), I am going with only 19 land. This should be interesting. Dave will see a few familiar faces from his own more recent (relatively speaking) creations.
