This was all about killing and stealing, using War Barges with Merfolk Assassins and creature theft with Seasingers, while managing creatures further with the Floodgate/Updaft combo. The deck was, shall we say, lacking subtlety, but it could put up a good fight if it needed to. The curve was heavy at the 2-spot on a 4/19/6/7/2 curve (2.58 average).
