Notes

I was working out a way to put new maximum holdings to use, specifically Soul Barrier and Isolation Cell. If all come into play, an opponent who summons a creature has to deal with 16 damage or mana to offset, and all of the Blood Seekers could make it 20. Guard Gomazoa is a requirement, ensuring I can hold up against most creatures. Hedron Crab pairs up with Jace's Phantasm to get some offense. The rest is temporizing and management. The 16/12/8/4 curve averages out to only 2.00.
