Notes

I wanted to try a new take (sort of) on control. The Devout Chaplains are the heart of the concept, allowing me to get rid of Dave’s two favorite card types. Two Pentarch Paladins are making a bold return to handle colored permanents (and they can pair with the Neurok Transmuter, if needed). Echoing Truth and Counterspell are both handy, especially in combination. The whole thing comes in with a 2.30 average on a strange 10/12/16/0/2 curve. Sure, most is under the 3-spot, but watching it grow as it goes is strange to me. This has inspired the next deck I will make, and I can’t have both at once.
