Notes

This whole thing started with Mind Unbound and the thought that I need to be working with Jace's Erasure, Consecrated Sphinx, and Psychic Spiral. I kept most creatures cheap and grinding or cheap and unblockable, the allowing me to make good use of Curiosity and cards with the cipher mechanic. I would have loved to retain Chronic Flooding to pair up with Trait Doctoring, but I could not justify that with a single copy of the latter. The 12/14/5/2/2/5 curve offers a great deal at the low end, but the expensive stuff brings the average up to 2.58 (slightly lower if I pay life for Phyrexian Metamorph). Given how sloppy this can get, I had to go with the In-n-Out reference in the name.
